Pet Regulations: Pets Allowed
Details: We realize that your pets are important members of the family. We welcome up to 2 pets per home with no weight restrictions. Our non-refundable pet fee is $300.00 per pet and our monthly pet rent is $20 per month per pet. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
